In my opinion this album right here (King Medallions Vs. Arch Angel) is the best album that Planet Asia has ever put out….Mainly because the beats by Architect (Homeliss Derelix) are just ridiculous….
It dropped in Japan in 2006, but I don’t think that it was ever released commercially in the United States….From beginning to end, these two blast off heavy doses of west coast hardcore without losing momentum……

Every once in awhile though, I will spot some shit that I have to speak on……POINT BLANK……Sometimes I feel like I am in the black “Twilight Zone”……..When I scoped out this album cover by Sheek Louch, my first reaction was to clown his ass, but that would be too easy……Now I just feel sorry for this dude…….Back in the days this type of shit wouldn’t even fly, now it’s straight up Hip Hop anarchy….
No rules, no codes, no B-Boy honor or respect……..Is anyone else going to step to the plate and call this jive shit out ?….
I seriously doubt it…..Some dudes might even call this album cover some real soldier gorilla/guerilla shit, and get hype by it……

Yesterday at work one of my cornball co-workers popped in Organized Confusion’s first album…..I was surprised because at work I usually hear Usher, Black Eyed Peas, and all that other bullshit….
He asked me if I ever heard this album before?..
HAHAHAHA…..What, are you fucking crazy ?……So I took a little time out of my busy day to school his ass on some Organized Confusion information……I told him how they were once signed to Hollywood Basic which was handled by Disney Music Group, etc…
After that, all he could talk about was how fresh Pharoahe Monch was, so I decided to hit him off with the new Prince Poetry collabo record he did with D-Strong……………

Phillip Lehman & Gabe Roth started the funk label Desco Records in the late 90’s……After the label folded, Roth started “Daptone Records” and the rest is history……Lehmen created “Soul Fire” which hasn’t received the same accolades as Daptone, but truth be told, “Soul Fire” keeps it extra filthy and deserve more praise for their releases……
