Absorb the jewelry cuzzo…
” Monday Night Live “
It’s been awhile since those wild and crazy dudes from FAT LACE put up a new episode, so it’s only right that I post up one of their archived shows…

” Blog Shots, #62 “
Mr.Hip Hop Battlefield isn’t stingy with the jewels….
Every once in awhile I will shoot you in the direction of another blog that is holding the goods….”DUSTY SHELF” is just ridiculous when it comes to library records, musical education, etc…
” Karriem Riggins On The Beat “
Last year I caught a show with Karriem Riggins & Pete Rock in Oakland…
I didn’t know what to expect, but my Hip Hop antennae instantly activated when the duo let off a barrage of nonstop atmospheric productions….It seemed as if the crowd was in a deep trance, so much so that I personally witnessed a couple cats staring at the stage with their jaws wide open..
Anyway, Karriem recently popped up on the Soul Assassin radio show to showcase some instrumental treats….It takes awhile for things to start cooking, but once it does it’s an action packed listening experience..
” Good Morning Vietnam Artwork “
AWWWWWW YEAH MOTHERFUCKERS…….
Here is the artwork for the album MF Grimm & I put together, “GOOD MORNING VIETNAM” dropping in December on VENDETTA VINYL…..
My comrade KHUFU ONERZ is the man responsible for the extra heavy visuals….When I asked him to do the artwork, I had no idea that he would “GO IN” like this…..
He is a monster when it comes to this Hip Hop shit….
Make sure you click on the pictures so that you can fully analyze the wreckage homeboy….Salute to you KHUFU for keeping those flames burning brethren, 2012 isn’t over yet…
” Library Records Wreck “

” Headbanger Steez “
If your an avid HIP HOP BATTLEFIELD reader you already know I hate the term “RANDOM RAP”….
In my opinion the term disrespects the artist by being so non-descriptive….I know that cats feel the need to categorize everything for marketing sake, but I’m just not feeling that one…
Anyway, I recently spotted a very heavy mix of ultra rare Hip Hop goodies by Da Stimpy “Sureshot 3” at the excellent “Let The Brains Blow” blog……
” Kenny Dope Freaks The 45’s “
This time around Kenny Dope wrecks the 45’s….
Over an hour of Funk, soul power, and all that other fly shit to rock in your system….You already know how he gets down so do the right thing with a motherfucking quickness…
” Anniversary Time “
I want to send a major shout out to all Z’s worldwide on this monumental anniversary weekend…..
Every chapter past and present…
Unfortunately I couldn’t make it out to NYC this year, but I am there in spirit……
