” Rest In Peace : Lucky Strike “
A couple days ago I was informed about the untimely passing of ZULU KING LUCKY STRIKE…He was a first generation, true to the grain B-Boy that embodied that era to the fullest…
N.S. will most definitely keep the flames burning for you ahki…
SALUTE.
” More Treats “
Debonair – P is back on the set with Omniscence for some more vinyl treats in 2013…The duo are now taking orders for the “Sharp Objects” EP they just dropped on Gentlemen’s Relief Records…
And while your at it you might as well scoop up the latest edition of Debonair Blends….
“This one focusses on the 97-99 period. I can’t front, it’s not my favourite era in hip hop as it was when a lot of artists really fell off the rails (and a lot of production from ’99 onwards has dated pretty badly), but there was some interesting music coming out. I tried to capture on this mix a lot of the stuff I was listening to at the time as well as a few records I only came across years after the fact. Hopefully there is something new here for everyone”.

Haven’t listened to the rest of PRESERVATION’S newest project “Old Numbers”, but if this is a indicator of what he has up his sleeves he might have a bomb on his hands……*UPDATE – Just listened to “O.N.” and “Code Noir” is my top pick, hands down..

” Crib Jewelry “
About ten years ago I was spinning at a nightclub in Sacramento, California (Blue Lamp) and after I got done wrecking the decks I noticed a couple merch table booths set up…..
An “O.D.B. Dedication” shirt by a small upstart company called ACRYLICK caught my attention…I copped the “T” and have kept my eye on the company ever since…
Ten years later they are still rocking so when I recently spotted these pillows I had to “GO FOR MINE”…HAHAHA…So scoop up these joints and add a little extra feng shui to your living quarters…
