When it comes to Dancehall toasters, here is my all time top five in no particular order…

1…BOUNTY KILLER.

2…MERCILESS.

3…BURRO BANTON.

4…CUTTY RANKS.

5…NINJAMAN.

Each one of these individuals have proven that they are no joke when it comes to patterns, inventive styles, crowd control, sound clashing, tone, discography, and influence….It’s unfortunate that Mr. Gun Pon Teeth (NINJAMAN) was arrested along with his son for a murder that took place a few years back….His sentencing is actually going down today so I seriously doubt we will see the DON GORGON anytime soon….

I haven’t studied the in’s and outs of the case as of yet, so I will not pass judgement at this time, but I will say that it is a very unfortunate situation that should not be happening to such an accomplished, straight up legendary pillar in the Dancehall world…
