Spotted this BEAT TAPE by Arkivest on KANKICK’s bandcamp page..Give it a listen if your in the mood for some off-kilter, dusty instrumentals troop….

“This took forever but I feel it’s ready enough to share with Real Lovers of True Hip Hop Music…
I took many of ARKIVES tracks that were cold chillin’ and tried to bring ’em to the front. Various years from a variety of sources ( tapes/cd’s )..all worthy of a listen.
I then proceeded to hook ’em up properly.

Overdubs of sounds here and there so you “short spanned memory folks” wouldn’t think they’re too long…..

Arkives is no ROOKIE…he’s been producing just as long as myself.
Most of these tracks were produced with the SP-1200 if not all (you’ll have to ask him).
