To be honest I had high hopes for MARCO POLO’S “Newport Authority 2” project, but after giving it a few spins I realized there were only a few cuts that really caught my attention (“Night & Day” by Big Daddy Kane was the winner)…
However, I believe the HANNIBAL STAX album that he dropped this week (Seize The Day) will be more explosive, due mainly to HANNIBAL’S no nonsense rhyme approach..
The good folks over at LOST TAPES put together a comp of unreleased “HS” material that will perk your ears up..
