" D.J. Day Rocks The Breaks "
The first time I heard of D.J. Day is when this lady, ( Who shall remain nameless ) slid me one of his instrumental mixes back in 1998…I was quite surprised at what I heard…Heavy drums, melodic sequences, healthy doses of scratching, and plenty change-ups to keep things interesting…
It’s 2010 now and Day has made a nice lane for himself : touring the world with ” Exile “, running his own blog (Like A Throttle) , and dishing out funky edits and remixes every now and then..
Back in 2007 he put out this mix ( Credit Is Due ), if you missed it the first go-round here is another chance to get properly blessed..DO NOT SLEEP….This is that official heat…(That rhymed by the way HAHA)
Props to DSFL..
