” Joint Of The Day “
This is the best song I have EVER heard from Shabaam Sahdeeq….
On “Seasons Change” he spits some introspective bars over extremely fresh production chops from Lewis Parker…
CHECK IN DUKE…
” The Worst : A Prequel To The Next “
“The Worst” returns with another batch of bell ringers for you Hip Hop junkies out there in cyberspace…He earns points just for taking the time to rock some decent blends.
Any mix that has Scientific “Living Criminal” on it catches my interest…R.I.P.

” Let The Beats Rock “
Most of the beat tapes I hear lately seem as if they were made WITHOUT a MC in mind….Sure, they can make their samplers perform all types of stunts, but where are the pockets for dudes to rhyme on ?
Keith Science dropped a beat project last year that deserves some burn (Vessels of Thought 2)…I can picture cats lighting up a couple of these tracks..
Hip Hop Battlefield top picks – Archon 2, CCM, Century, Sepia, and Penni..
” Rap Is Out Of Control : 2012 Recap “
Here is a little DJ Eclipse 2012 recap action…….
He also lets MC’s like Kurious, AG, Wordsworth, Sadat X, and many others heat up the microphone…
” Grand Daddy I.U. – Self Made Man “
GRAND DADDY I.U. dropped a free album last year that I didn’t find out about until last night…
“Self Made Man” definitely has some highlights, I just wish he would have deleted a couple joints that rock all types of singing on the breaks…..

Do yourself a favor and watch this documentary, “World Supreme Hip Hop” in it’s entirety if you know what’s good for you trooper….
Directed by FRESHCO….
” The Honorable H-Stax “
Finally got a chance to sit down and analyze this new H-Stax mixtape, (The Honorable) that was put together by PF Cuttin…..
This Gang Starr Foundation member still has what it takes to wreck mic’s in 2013…I just wonder why Marco Polo is producing his upcoming album and not DJ Premier ?
” M.F. Grimm & Drasar Monumental : Be Noble “
Here is the first single from the project MF Grimm & I put together (GOOD MORNING VIETNAM)
” Be Noble ” deserves your immediate attention…..So turn off the idiot box, put down that ham sandwich, tell your homeboy to quit all the unnecessary lip service, it’s time for Hip Hop studies 101…
Hahahaha…
On the real though, I appreciate everyone that supports what Grimm & I are bringing to the table (WE SEE YOU)…..The “Good Morning Vietnam” wax is selling quick – so make sure you pick up a copy while supplies last…

Sean Price is one of the many special guest on this Conspiracy Radio broadcast from 12/01/12….
“We talk family life, his new responsibilities to his daughter as well as his role in the original line-up for super group La Coka Nostra – a role he blatantly admits was taken from him after his excessive drug use at that time. Sean P also explains his admiration for one of the UK’s finest producers, Beat Butcha, his fear of working with Alchemist for a full album and a lot more in an energetic and frenzied interview attack. What does Sean think of his fans? We think they’ll be surprised”…
” Akbar – Planet X “
Chicago rhyme slinger Akbar is back on the set with some 2013 action for cyberspace….”Planet X” runs nineteen songs deep…
His bars are as intricate as ever, but some of the beat selections are questionable in my opinion…..Regardless, he deserves a thorough listen homeboy..
” 7 Steps For Better Listening “
All the way from Germany comes this new mixtape by Flow One and Sebo Sellout…..These two come fully equipped with all types of 2012 groove morale..
This is far from your average run of the mill mix – this a well thought out project that will keep your head nodding….
” New Shit On Deck “
Recently I was searching for some new DJ 10 Shun material, and I stumbled onto this crew named “Old English” that he is affiliated with…
I haven’t had a chance to fully analyze their latest album “Band In Amerikkka”, but so far so good….Dusty beats, 10 Shun on the scratches, introspective bars, etc….
” Drasar Monumental On The Remix “
* Originally posted July 2010…
While most people were sleeping last night, I was up in the lab tapping out some next shit…WHEW…..I really hate to pat myself on the back, but I feel like I am in some type of crazy zone with the beats right now…
For this weeks remix I flipped the vocals from Roc Marciano’s first group the U.N. (Nothing Lesser)…..The original beat by Pete Rock is a god damn monster….Heavy layers of bass, odd noises coming from every direction, and of course crispy, well-cropped drums…..
So for my remix I wanted to try something different (As usual)…..Instead of going the chaotic route, I opted for more of a laid back, crime boss feel…..Don’t get it twisted: you won’t hear any cornball synths, or any of that other shit….Just raw, stripped down chops….
BLAM,BLAM, BLAMZ….
