” Unreleased Firepower “
A few days ago DITC producer OGEE released a OC collabo he had stashed away in the vaults…If “52 Pickup” is a indication of what these two are capable of, I would definitely be interested in hearing a full length project…
“Unreleased song recorded with O.C.
One of 7 songs we did back with “Yes Sir”, and “The Inventor”
produced by O.Gee for Stress Mode Ent
G. Scott – Stress Mode Music ASCAP…
Look out for my “Crumbled Papers Unreleased Classics Collection…”
” Joint Of The Day “
I already hit you with the snippets, now I’m going to give you one of my top picks from the recently released Touch The Sun 1 EP on Chopped Herring.
“Maintain Your Rep” rocks a well suited, but somewhat hilarious SOS Band vocal sample, detailed drum programming, and impressive lyrics by ZZ (Sun Magnetic)….
” Wrath Of Sergent “
MAC DOUGH (Sergent Records) blessed the internet with a 4 hour mix a few weeks ago…I finally finished listening to it earlier this morning to see if it was fit for the BATTLEFIELD…
Even though some of the blends are a little forced, I definitely feel that it deserves some quality burn…

” Milano : Alfa Romeo “
If you know what’s good, you will head over to MILANO’S soundcloud page to analyze his newest mixtape offering (Alfa Romeo)…
HIP HOP BATTLEFIELD’S top pick, “What Type Of Shit You Want” with the P-Brothers…
” Friday Night Live “
When it comes to “sample source” mixes in 2013, you have to bring something unique to the table in order for me to check in…
This session by Bles One (Massive Monkees) isn’t the most obscure collection, but he definitely keeps it interesting with well thought out composition, doubles, etc…..
Perfect for a Friday night game of “Name That Tune”…
” Timbs & Hoodie Season “
Time to put away those Bermuda shorts and tank tops cuzzo, Hoodie season is already in full effect here in Vietnam, California…If it’s starting to get a little frosty wherever you reside, I highly suggest heading over to VOODOO FUNK’S online store to cop some flavorful gear to add to your arsenal….
Make sure to tell him that the grimey dude from HIP HOP BATTLEFIELD sent you..
” Doing It In The Park “

credits”
released 29 September 2013
All beats produced by Vanderslice
Additional production by Green Steez
” Joint Of The Day “
“Turn a house party into a 100 yard dash”…..
Even though I “feel some type of way” about SMALL PROFESSOR’S name, I can’t front on his latest release with Guilty Simpson (Highway Robbery)..
Here is HIP HOP BATTLEFIELD’S top pick…”Get That Pay” OG Mix…
” DJ Kid Grebo : Paul C Lives, Part 2 “
When it comes to Hip Hop’s golden era, the timeframe is debatable…But one thing that can’t be disputed is that the mid-late 80’s were very critical in the development of sampling techniques, double syllable rhyme patterns, “branding”, and producers getting more props for their contributions..
I remember posting part one of the KID GREBO “Paul C Lives” mixes quite a few years back..Here is part 2 for everyone out there that knows what time it is with one of the most talented and innovative Hip Hop producers of the 80’s..
RIP Paul C.Mckasty…
